Danisco Innovation represents a global network of expertise specialised in creative and technical development.

For specific customer projects, a team of specialists with the food ingredient and application skills needed for the task is picked from the network. The teams work closely and confidentially with our customers, optimising the development process and bringing new and improved products rapidly to the market. This innovation network includes the application team located at Zhangjiagang.

Our GRINDSTED® cellulose gum research team develops new products, and also new technologies and applications for food, toothpaste and industrial applications. These highly skilled employees use sophisticated analysis and pilot plant equipment. Collaboration with leading external scientists and institutions complements this work.

As a result of this intensive work, we can:
